Rise Of The Argonauts Game
It runs as 60 fps for me so I'm not sure if anything has to be done to unlock it. To be honest its been a long time since I first installed the game and saw it running as vanilla so maybe there is something I'm not remembering about an fps issue. Perhaps the OP's ini tweak does something to help?
